What is 'food doing good' about?

As I covered in my first post, the purpose of this website is to share inspiring stories about food being used to make a positive impact - this can be for health & wellbeing, the planet, community building and more. I thought I'd share just some examples which I have read or heard about and inspired me to dig deeper into the topic of food, and how it can be used to make a positive impact,
